Home Repairs and Rehabilitation Assistance (Non-HUD)

This program provides repairs and rehab to non-HUD homes. The program availability shall be dependent on the amount of Repair and Assistance funding available for use and may change from time to time without notice. The home must be in a condition that is healthy and safe enough to allow LNHA maintenance staff and contractors to conduct the necessary repairs.
