Home Repairs and Rehabilitation Loans (Over-Income)

This Program provides an opportunity for over-income applicants to get home repairs through a loan program. Assistance shall be used for Health & Safety Repair and Rehabilitation only. The unit/house must be in Whatcom County. Recipients must be eligible to repay the loan through a payroll deduction that is sent directly to LNHA. Participant(s) shall execute a Promissory Note setting forth the amount and terms of the loan. Participant(s) must provide proof of homeowners insurance.
