Home Repairs and Rehabilitation Loans (Over-Income)
This Program provides an opportunity for over-income applicants to get home repairs through a loan program.
What is the Repair and Rehabilitation Program?
The Repair and Rehabilitation Program (RAP) provides assistance to Lummi Tribal Homeowners by assisting clients with repairs to the interior of the home as well as the exterior, including the roof. If you own your home, have a title or deed to your home and land, and are currently living in your home, we may be able to assist you with repairs to your home from major and minor repairs to upgrades.
How do I qualify for the RAP?
To see if you qualify for the RAP you will need to provide the following information with your completed RAP application:
- Lummi Enrollment Verification
- Must have proof of Homeowner’s Insurance
- Income Verification for everyone in the household over the age of eighteen (18)
- Proof of Ownership to Home/Land (Title to Home/Deed to Land)
- Veteran (Veteran Card Discharge Papers)
