This Program provides Down Payment Assistance to qualified enrolled Lummi Tribal Members.
This Program provides Down Payment Assistance to qualified enrolled Lummi Tribal Members. The assistance will be used towards the purchase of a home, initiation of funds disbursal shall be contingent upon LNHA’s receipt of documentation showing the participant’s approval for funding from an outside lending institution. The program availability shall be dependent on the amount of Down Payment Assistance funding is available for use and may change from time to time without notice.
