We have 14 tribal trust lots available for new build or new modulars in Tsata Village, located off Sucia Drive, in Sandy Point.
Tsata Village located within the boundaries of the Lummi Nation, near the Salish Sea, and in the Lummi Nation School and Ferndale School District boundaries.
The Lummi Nation Housing Authority will begin accepting applications November 16, 2026. Please stop by the LNHA office to pick up a Tsata Village application. Applications must be submitted complete and with all documents to be on a waiting list.
